General Adult Psychotherapy | Eating Disorders Treatment

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
— Maya Angelou
Welcome. I provide depth-oriented therapy for adults with natural life problems causing unhappiness and distress. Located in Cary, near the Raleigh-Durham area, I specialize in disorders that affect the balance between the brain and the body, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, and other chronic health concerns.Through consistent, committed therapeutic work, patients develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and more satisfying relationships. Many of the people I work with are reflective, high-functioning adults who have made multiple attempts at treatment and are ready to approach their difficulties with thoughtfulness, curiosity, and patience.
