I accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, or credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2.7% processing fee applies.

I am in-network with BCBS and will collect a copay and file your claims on your behalf.

I am out-of-network (OON) with all other insurances. Your OON benefits can actually be quite good in the Triangle area. It is not uncommon to simply have a 10-20% co-insurance after you meet your deductible. Call the number on your insurance card and ask, "What are my OON benefits for mental health?" If you are using OON benefits, I provide a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.  

I provide in-office and telehealth services to residents of North Carolina. At your initial consultation, we can determine whether in-person, online, or a combination of both is appropriate for your care.

It is my standard practice to work with people at a minimum of once or twice a week. I do not work at a lower frequency. I have a fairly tight and consistent schedule that generally isn't a good fit for those who know they will need frequent rescheduling or cancellations.
