15-20 minute phone consult: No charge, and helpful for assessing if we are a good fit.
Initial consultation: $250.00
Individual therapy session: $185.00
I accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, or credit card. If you choose credit card, a processing fee of 2.7% is applied.
INSURANCE
I am in-network with BCBS.
I am out-of-network (OON) with all other insurances. Your OON benefits can actually be quite good in the Triangle area. It is not uncommon to simply have a 10-20% co-insurance after you meet your deductible. Call the number on your insurance card and ask, "What are my OON benefits for mental health?"
I provide a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurer to collect your benefits. It is common for people to find OON benefits intimidating, but once you understand them, it's easy! And I'm here to help.
