Initial consultation: $250.00
Individual therapy session: $185.00
I accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, or credit card. If you choose credit card, a processing fee of 2.7% is applied.
INSURANCE
I am in-network with BCBS.
I am out-of-network (OON) with all other insurances, so you can use your insurance; it will just be at a different rate than in-network providers. I provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer to collect your benefits. Depending on your plan, OON reimbursement rates can vary from 0-100%. Please ask your insurer about your OON benefits for mental health office visits. Please ask me if you are unsure about how to use OON benefits!
IN PERSON OR ONLINE?
Services are provided in-person and online. At consultation, the determination of in-person, telehealth or a combination will be made between therapist and patient.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations with less than 48 hours will incur the regular session fee.
