2025-26 Nourish & Grow Fellowship: Early Career Clinicians in Eating Disorders Treatment
We are excited to offer two early-career professionals the opportunity to join our long-standing interdisciplinary peer consultation group through the Nourish & Grow Fellowship. We are looking for one early-career mental health clinician and one early-career dietitian who have five years or less experience in treating eating disorders and do not currently have access to regular group consultation in their professional setting. Candidates must be fully licensed or at the associate level.
About Us
Our peer consultation group has been in operation, in some shape or form, for nearly twenty years. While our members have changed over time, our mission has remained the same: to support one another personally and professionally, provide the best care possible to our patients, and make what can be very difficult work a little easier. We believe in supporting each other toward excellence—both as clinicians and as colleagues.

What You’ll Gain
-
Participation in 10 group meetings over 10 months, where a core member presents a case for discussion. We encourage fellows to be curious, ask questions and actively participate.
-
Optional individual meetings with each core member, where you can discuss cases, explore career development, or simply connect on a professional and personal level.
-
Interdisciplinary exposure, as our group is made up of both psychotherapists and dietitians, giving you the chance to better understand how different disciplines approach treatment.
-
Diverse theoretical perspectives, as each core member operates from a different orientation, offering a broad lens on the treatment of eating disorders.
-
Hours that can be used toward the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential if pursuing certification through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals.
